Hi Stacy! Well, our "new arrival" finally arrived last Friday. Overall, we are thrilled! There were 2 small issues that are being addressed with the printer and we don't know the outcome yet. We printed with CG Book Printers in Mankota, MN. We did offset printing (which we knew nothing about) but it is supposed to be the highest quality printing on 80# glossy paper. We have 2 small "mistakes" that we did not see on the physical proof and now can't look at the proof because we had to mail it back. So MCP is checking to see if we just missed it, which we don't think so, or if they are mistakes made by Mill City or the printer. However, it's likely that no one will notice these issues but us. As far as the quality...the books look awesome and seem to be put together very well! You may want to check with them for your printing.
The only outcome we have seen so far from the galleys is that 2 parenting/mom sites are going to do a book review for us. Of course, we hope to hear from others soon.
Continued luck to you and Stromple!

You are so sweet! Now, I would love to go back to Vegas, 1) for the memories, 2) for the penny slots 3) without kids 4)NOT in the summertime (who's idea was THAT??) and 5) with all of our friends and family again. What a blast that was! Thanks so much for coming and surprising us with Wayne and Linda too! So awesome! Sorry about all the weeping, but you know Steve...he has a knack for tugging at the heartstrings. Well, mine anyway. ;) Love you guys too!

Okay, so I have had multiple dreams with a recurring theme. It's about my new iPhone. In every dream that I have I am either being robbed at gun point for my iPhone or my iPhone is being stolen. The funniest part is in my last dream there were three guys that asked me to empty my pockets at gun point and the only thing that I had in my pocket was my iPhone. They got all excited and said, "hand over your iPod!" I asked them, "you want my iphone?" Then they got even more excited and said, "Yes, hand it over!" I then slammed my iPhone as hard as I could against the pavement and said, "there you go," and walked away. I laugh evertime I think about that.

I think I can assess these dreams. I am completely obsessed with my iPhone. :)

Here are the shop sites: www.ruffled.etsy.com www.madandzo.etsy.com I think they both just went for it, they signed up and started selling. Your mom is probably smart to to the US Copyright thing. I suppose with photos it's different. Enjoy their shops!

I did recommend Etsy to her after I learned about it from you, and she checked them out :) I think she needs to head to the US Copyright site first and then dig deeper into becoming a shop owner. What do your cousin and sister sell? Do they have any advice? How can I check their sites out - will you post links, please? Thanks, sister ;)

On a side note, I love the illustrations on their site. I contacted them a while ago and asked who does their work so I could look into them for future books. They're done by a woman named Anda. I think they're great!
